Trainers can create personal and group workouts within the app and share them with their clients.
Trainers can select the motivation level for each client and receive notifications about clients with low motivation, to provide them more support. To achieve this, trainers can engage in conversations with their clients through the in-app chat feature.
Trainers receive updates about clients' activities, such as workouts, nutrition and meals, messages, feedback, and client stats like body fat percentage and weight over time.
